Generally, the static sprayhead provides an excellent method of distributing fluids within a vessel.

With no moving parts, it is inexpensive, simple to install, effective, and maintenance free. Constructed of type 316L stainless steel, it is impervious to acid, unaffected by temperature, and is exceedingly durable.

Installed stem up, it is both self-draining and self-cleaning. The multitude of holes/slots prevents the sprayhead from suffering any deleterious effect due to blockage, thus maintaining a continuous coverage of the area to be cleaned during the entire period of fluid discharge.

Jig drilled and finished to a high degree of precision, they are the ideal means of C.I.P. fluid application.
