About our sprayheads
Our sprayheads have many applications for the CIP industry, (cleaning in place), and are widely used in the dairy, brewery, liquid food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

The bulk manufacturing or bulk storage of liquids can allow bacteria to grow and spread. Modern methods of cleaning utilize CIP systems as the most effective and efficient way to minimize down time and maximize usage of both storage, production, and transportation tanks.

Our sprayheads are manufactured from type 316L stainless steel, the standard used for the industry. We produce the static type of sprayhead, as from a costing and endurance standpoint, the static sprayhead gives the best service.

Our sprayheads have no moving parts, are self-cleaning, (reducing any chance of bacterial presence), and continues to provide the same quality service for the whole of its lifetime. With no moving parts, our sprayheads are less expensive to produce, a fact which is greatly appreciated by the end-user.
